Rambla Pacifico - Site
After searching for months we decided on a property in the City Of Malibu, about a ten minute drive up Las Flores Canyon. The site is unique for Malibu as it is essentially flat and considered a small lot (slightly under 6000 sqft). It is set in a small subdivison of seven lots, five of which have previously been developed. The private road already had improvements to the water systems, fire protection and power, but will still require a septic system. Being a flat lot the property does not have the knock out full on views that some homes have in Malibu but it is set to have a great view with a good design.
If you are not familiar with Malibu, it is a beachside community located about 15 minutes North of Santa Monica. It has a population of just under 13,000 and features 21 miles of coastline.
